The world-leading provider of integrated communications (UC) experience management solutions has announced that it has signed a contract with Cisco to join the SolutionsPlus software. The contract will provide a simple ordering process for the IR Provision solution through the Cisco Global Price List (GPL) and offer sales benefits for Cisco channel partners and sales teams.
The IR forecast, with its unique, unresolved design, fast implementation and compatibility with several providers, is used by companies and service providers worldwide to manage more than 16 million UC endpoints. The forecast provides organizations with the possibility to deepen their infrastructure to help identify and quickly resolve voice or video quality problems before leaving control.
Through the Cisco SolutionsPlus program, Cisco channel partners and sales teams access products and applications from selected third parties. Under the program, Cisco will offer a forecast for UC, Video and Contact Center. The IR products presented in the complement of the SolutionsPlus Program and increase the advanced technology products of Cisco by providing real-time management for collaborative solutions.
